July 31, 2014. IMOC managed the use air-source heat pump heating system for production lines. After almost one month installation time IMOC together with the air-source heat pump construction company we finally put this system in service.

"Energy saving “ is for IMOC always an important business principle, CEO Mr. Egervari did together with his team and external professionals relevant research to decided to adopt a "air-source heat pump system” into our company.

This new technology leads to a reduction of the company's energy consumption. Currently are 2 set of heat pump in auxiliary room 2 floor successful installed. Additional an air channel connect the hot exhaust air from the compressor to the heat pumps and so with create a perfect working condition.

Compared to the originally use of electrical heating, energy consumption drop to about 33% of original use. Meanwhile during summer the cold exhaust air of the heat pump access the workshop air supply system, this effectively can decrease temperature and improve employee comfort.

Two production lines are now completed and use air-source heating system. This was only the first step. After a period of testing, the company plans use this technique at the remaining lines.

This technology leads to a cleaner production plant, energy saving and emission reduction, which also brings the company to a new level in terms of environment.
